Shipping and returns

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Available shipping options and charges are shown before payment. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Check your size, color and delivery address carefully before paying. Contact us promptly if anything needs correcting.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email billing@rmsdc.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem. Include clear photos when emailing; if using the contact form, we will tell you where to send them. This includes printing defects, damage and receiving a different item from the one ordered.

RMSDC will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please report problems as soon as possible so we can submit the claim to Printful within its deadline. Do not send an item back unless we give you return instructions.

Missing packages

If your package has not arrived, check its tracking and contact us promptly. Report a package lost in transit within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with Printful. An overdue delivery is not automatically considered lost.

Size, color and change of mind

Because each item is made for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color you selected incorrectly, except where required by law. This does not limit help with defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Cancellation is only possible before production begins and cannot be guaranteed. A request alone does not cancel an order; wait for confirmation from RMSDC.

Membership questions

This policy applies to merchandise, not membership dues. Use the membership contact form for membership questions, or contact billing about a payment.
